Benjamin has 22 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He has worked for big box banks and a credit union. He has also been a mortgage broker and has worked in correspondent lending. Benjamin has a reputation for getting challenging loans done, for his availability, and also is known for his problem-solving skills in lending. Benjamin has been a top performer at his past employers and works with Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and down payment assistance loan programs. 



In his spare time, Benjamin loves to cook and entertain friends/family, travel, hunt, weight lift, and is a movie buff. Benjamin went to school at Saint Mary’s University for Psychology with interest in industrial organizational psychology and marriage counseling and has played the drums in bands semi-professionally over the decades.

I began this business to help my clients have a mortgage experience they remember for the right reasons. When things go off the rails, I help to get them back online. The home buying process can be tedious and overwhelming, but over the past 20 years I have learned how to simplify it with trusted partners and invaluable experience. Katie has extensive experience in loan processing, having worked with some of the most prominent lenders in the Twin Cities for well over a decade. She strives to simplify the loan process for her clients through great communication and superior organization of her processing system.



In her personal life, Katie is happily married and has two children. Outside of work, she enjoys engaging in outdoor activities such as boating, hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
