Ben's the BOMB. Amazingly HARD worker

Uniquely story on our buy and holy moly rocky, Ben went above and beyond my expectations with our loan. He's a very personable person. Easy to talk to and responds promptly. I never had question that he couldn't answer or direct me to the right person to answer my question. Again, unique situation, we brought my brothers house, crazy gift of equity and still went to the table with barely anything. Everything worked out great! We closed in 4 weeks. Now the fun part! Benjamin was excellent, plain and simple. We told him from the get-go that getting us approved could be challenging and that a couple other lenders had either passed us up or failed to get us approved, or secure us an approval that we were happy with. Benjamin quickly requested all of the documents needed from me and was up-front that it would be a bit of a process but he would get us an approval that we were satisfied with. After moving along, with excellent communication, prompt responses, and establishing a robust rapport with my wife, realtor, and I Benjamin got us approved and we were able to close on our house. I would happily recommend Benjamin to anyone I know who is looking to get financing for their home.
